Agri Unlimited is a society founded in Oct 2008 with the objective to provide integrated business development solutions for Agri‐Horti Industry. With technical & business competence in understanding markets, introducing technologies & innovation combined with a global expertise in Agro‐food industry, we are addressing a sustainable platform for growing innovation. We foresee that our business will be eventually formed of several alliances bringing together complementary competencies to deliver effectiveness and efficiency with innovation at every level in the agriculture industry.

 Project Delivery We use a combination of our full-time members, our senior consultants who are retainers depending on the requirements. The project will have a dedicated Business Manager who shall be responsible for all client coordination and start to end delivery of the project. The business manager shall plan and execute various project tasks under directions from Senior Consultants. The Business Manager shall be supported by Business Associates who shall support the business manager at various stages and also support in formalization of the project.
Senior Consultants who are experienced in the field either from those who are current retainers with us or available in our networks shall be employed depending on the expertise. The Senior Consultants are usually experts in the field with rich experience. |

Apart from the above we are associated with a large network cf consultants and their expertise could be sought as required. Currently we have a network of about 30 in various areas of Agro-Food business. For every project we form a team comprising a Project Manager and Research Associates / Analysts headed by a Lead consultant along with members of the client. The details and the modalities of the project with all the practical aspects of the project right at the start and at every stage of the project being constantly explored to minimise risk, optimize results ensures total visibility and transparency of projects to the team members and clients resulting in effective delivery. |

Products & Services While integrated services shall provide the foundations of a long term approach, we believe our relationships shall have its humble beginnings that cater to varied categories. We have therefore developed our delivery capabilities to address these segments and services such as:
1) Floriculture:
Have industry expertise handling flower marketing of fresh cut flowers, fillers & cut foliages to the wholesale, retail-and export market. Flower cultivation on turnkey basis and has been suppliers of planting material for floriculture projects, distributors of floral foam & bricks, wholesaling dry materials & floral accessories.
2) Flower Shop:
Cater to the requirements of retail flower arrangements, flower bouquets, pausseys etc. Organise floral decorations for all occasions & events, delivery/supply of floral gifts, chocolates. Also handle landscaping & landscape design, garden execution & maintenance, supply of flowering and ornamental pot plant.
3) Tissue Culture
Bulk producers of tissue culture plants, ex-agar, primary & secondary hardened plants, deal with local & export supplies of bananas, cardamoms, gypsophilias, anthuriums, limoniums, orchids, cordilines,
caladiums, spathyphyllums, and other ornamentals.
4) Pot Plants & Ornamentals:
Wholesale suppliers of ornamental, foliage and flowering plants.
5) Horticulture:
Cultivation and production of fruits like banana, papaya, guava, star fruit, rambuta, mango stein, ficus & butter fruit. Production of vegetables like tomatoes, English vegetables in poly house / open, organic cultivation, planting material production.
6} Seed Production:
Seed Production of flowers, vegetable crops, open pollinated and hybrid varieties.
7} Animal Husbandry:
Will shortly venture into big dairy projects like cattle, buffalo rearing, goat rearing, piggery.
8} Agriculture & Horticulture Consultancy:
To develop a knowledge bank on the conventional & current happenings of agriculture, updating of technology and information related to the same fields, conduct educational tours, and undertake service oriented activities like tribal development and making agriculture & horticulture concepts.
9} Branding & Marketing:
Undertake agricultural produce harvesting, processing, branding & marketing with the product information like product quality, nutritional value and other health benefits etc. to wholesalers, retailers and export markets. Indulge in good quality fruit ripening methods by way of own facilities' and association with ripening experts in the field. To be the logistics services provider for wholesale, retail and export of agricultural produce. |
